The LEAD Alumni Association exists as a strong global network that:

1. Ensures the professional and personal development of all LEAD alumni;
2. Ensures the continued development and sound management of LEAD; and
3.Ensures that LEAD and LEAD alumni have a positive impact on the world.

The LEAD Alumni Association uses a powerful online database to facilitate regular communication among LEAD alumni, corporate partners, affiliated business schools and LEAD National. The database hosts a plethora of information including alumni, school and company profiles as well as scholarships, grants, internships/co-ops, and full-time career opportunities. Via mass e-mails, alumni are also informed about special seminars, workshops and networking events that will further enhance their leadership skills and professional careers. In addition, the LEAD Alumni Association sponsors various arts, entertainment, community service and philanthropic programs like the NYC LEAD Alumni Reception at the 40/40 Club, LEAD Annual Alumni Reunion, LEAD Mentorship Program, and the LEAD Applicant Recruitment Program.
